Memory holds durable workspace context that helps ActVox avoid making you repeat important business information. It can be seeded during onboarding and enriched by eligible agent workflows.
Examples of useful memory:
- A business description, priority audience, positioning constraint, or target region.
- An approved terminology rule or a known objection.
- A recurring operating preference that should shape future work.
Memory is workspace-scoped and authorization-aware. Treat it as durable context, not as a secret vault or a substitute for primary source records.
Use memory responsibly
- Put standing operating instructions in ACTVOX.md.
- Put detailed evidence in Knowledge base, Uploaded, or a dedicated page.
- Keep a decision in Strategy, a report, or a page where it can be reviewed and revised.
- Do not rely on memory alone for critical claims; confirm against current sources.
