**Memory** holds short facts about this workspace. You add them with **Remember**. The chat and a connected agent can add them too. Facts the chat stored appear under **Remembered in chat**. A fact that is only yours is marked so. **Forget** removes one you are allowed to remove.

Examples of useful memory:

- A priority audience, a positioning constraint, or a target region.
- An approved terminology rule or a known objection.
- A recurring operating preference that should shape future work.

Memory is workspace-scoped. Treat it as short context, not as a secret vault and not as a substitute for a page or a source.

### Use memory responsibly

- Put standing operating instructions in **ACTVOX.md**.
- Put files and web pages agents should search in the [Knowledge base](#12-knowledge-base). Keep the original file in [Files & Media](#13-uploaded).
- Keep a decision in **Strategy**, a report, or a page where it can be reviewed and revised.
- Do not rely on memory alone for a critical claim. Confirm it against a current source.
