Connect Claude to ActVox

Add ActVox to claude.ai as a custom connector, and it works in Claude's desktop and mobile apps too. Claude uses its own published identity, so there is no client ID or secret to copy.

One prompt

Copy the prompt and paste it into a chat with Claude. It walks you through its settings: you only sign in and approve in your browser, and no key or code goes into the chat.

Or set it up by hand

claude.ai, Desktop and mobile

  1. 1

claude.ai → Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it ActVox and paste the MCP server URL.

  2. 2

Authentication: Sign in now. Keep “Use Claude's published identity”: no client ID, no secret.

  3. 3

In a chat, open + → Connectors and switch ActVox on.

Try this first

Once your agent is connected, paste this. Saving the page needs write, a separate choice on the consent screen.

Use ActVox. Call capabilities and tell me what you can do in my workspace. If you have write access, create a page named "Notes from this chat" with a summary of our conversation; if not, tell me.

What Claude can do once connected

  • Your team can @mention Claude in a comment and, once an admin makes it assignable, assign it a task. The next time it checks ActVox, it picks the work up from its inbox.
  • Every change Claude makes comes with a receipt.
  • History shows each change before and after, filtered by people or agents, and can restore an earlier version.
  • Claude reads your reports; only the ActVox agent makes images and video.
  • read
  • write
  • execute
  • share
  • publish

Read is always included. Write, run, share and publish are separate choices on the consent screen, and publishing is never granted together with write. Pause or revoke a connection at any time in Settings → Connections.
