Affiliate Program Terms

You must be 18 or older. One affiliate account per person or organization. ActVox may decline, suspend, or remove any affiliate at its discretion. Current ActVox employees and contractors are not eligible.

Your rate is determined by your number of paying referrals: referred customers who have made at least one settled, non-refunded payment. Signups and clicks do not count.

Reaching a higher tier raises your rate on commissions earned from that point forward, including on customers you referred earlier who are still inside their commission window. Commissions already calculated and reported are not recalculated.

Commission is earned on payments a referred customer makes during the 12 months following that customer’s first payment, and stops afterwards. The window is per referred customer, not per affiliate. Reaching a higher tier changes your rate; it never extends the window.

Attribution is last-click within a 60-day window. When someone arrives through your link we store your referral code in a first-party cookie on our own domain and attach it to their account if they register. An account can be attributed once; a subsequent link click does not move an existing customer to a different affiliate.

Self-referrals earn nothing. This includes purchases by you, by an organization you administer, and accounts created to claim your own commission.

No paid search on ActVox brand terms. You may not bid on “ActVox”, “ActVox Research”, “actvox.com”, “actvox.com”, or close variants and misspellings, on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or any paid search or paid social keyword targeting. You may not use ActVox trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, sitelinks, or extensions, and you may not direct-link ads to our domain. Breach forfeits unpaid commissions and terminates the account.

Also prohibited: cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe or pixel injection, typosquatting, fabricated coupon or discount pages, unsolicited email or SMS, impersonating ActVox, implying employment or official partnership, and unsubstantiated claims about our product’s capabilities, pricing, or results.

A commission is reversed when the underlying payment is refunded or charged back. Because tier is calculated from paying referrals, a reversal can reduce that count and, after a grace period, lower your rate.

Commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, through our affiliate platform. You are responsible for supplying valid payout details and for your own taxes. Fees charged by your receiving bank or payment provider are yours.

Our affiliate platform processes affiliate and referral data on our behalf. The referral cookie is described in our cookie policy and our privacy policy.

We will give 30 days’ notice before changing commission rates or tier thresholds. Commissions already accrued are honored at the rate in force when they were earned. Either party may terminate at any time; breach of these terms forfeits commissions on the affected referrals.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an agency, employment, or joint venture relationship, or authority to bind ActVox.
